Veterans for Voting Rights
Support Voting Rights
and Voting Access
Veterans for Voting Rights is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to education of Citizens about voting rights and voting access.
As Service Veterans, we swore an oath to defend the Constitution.
Now, we see constitutional, statutory, and regulatory protections for Voting Rights and Voting Access being eroded by public officials and candidates for office, and we raise our voice in opposition.
Join us as we educate our fellow Citizens on the issue of Voting Rights!
“When you see something that is not right,
not fair, not just, you have to speak up.
You have to say something;
you have to do something.”
— US Representative John Lewis
Protect Election Day
Understand and resist restrictions that impact Election Day with your knowledge of current events and the history of voting rights.
Create a System that Unifies
Understand that the divisive nature of our current politics is created by politicians of the past.
Our system allows change, and the ability to continually tilt towards justice.
End Gerrymandering
Voters should select their representatives, not the other way around.
Limit Money in Politics
Understand the influence of money, and the flow of money that affect elections in your municipality, county, state, and region.
“We can not have free government without elections;
and if the rebellion could force us to forego, or postpone a national election
it might fairly claim to have already conquered and ruined us.”
-President Abraham Lincoln
